For the women of Sound Birthing, this isn't something we imagine, it is something we live. Through our work as Birthing From Within Mentors, we bring the ideal of preparing to birth in a supported, aware way to every class we teach.
Be it with a full group of expectant parents, or intimate sessions with a single couple, Birthing From Within classes are always a unique, dynamic experience; you will find parents engaged in discussion, role play, art, & personal exploration, as well as pain coping practice and practical information gathering.
