Created as a companion to Birth Compass, an online video-based tool from Sound Birthing, this 90-day notebook supports daily practice through simple, repeatable pages. Birth Compass teaches the POGS framework — Pause, Orient, Ground, Step — a practical system for staying oriented when intensity rises during birth.

This notebook is not a journal you need to complete perfectly. Each day follows the same low-pressure structure, with brief prompts, checkboxes, mark-making pages, and short orientation statements designed to build familiarity with the Birth Compass framework over time.

Birth Compass: Fieldnotes isn’t about controlling birth or doing things “right.” It’s about staying oriented so you can take the next step without panic, fear, or overwhelm in the driver’s seat.
